Medicare Advantage

Medicare Advantage is a type of Medicare health plan offered by a private company that contracts with Medicare to provide you with all your Part A and Part B benefits. Medicare Advantage Plans include Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO), Private Fee-for-Service Plans, Special Needs Plans, and Medicare Medical Savings Account Plans. If you’re enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan, most Medicare services are covered through the plan and aren’t paid for under Original Medicare. Most Medicare Advantage Plans offer prescription drug coverage. Click LEARN MORE below to set up an appointment to review your options or shop and compare plans in your area.

Medicare Supplements

Origianl medicare pays for many but not all health care services and supplies. A Medicare Supplement Insurance Policy (also known as Medigap), sold by private companies, can help pay some of the health care costs the Original Medicare doesn't cover like copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles.

Some Medicare Supplement policies also offer coverage for services that Original Medicare doesn't cover, such as medical care when you travel outside the U.S. You have to pay premiums on Medicare Supplement Policies and not all policies are available in all states.
